You can return or exchange an item within 14 days of purchase in accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Consumer Rights."

Conditions for exchange or return:

  1. The product has not been used and shows no signs of operation (has not been installed on machinery).

  2. The merchantable appearance, packaging, and labeling are fully preserved.

  3. Proof of purchase from KAN-TEH LLC is required.

How to process a return:

  • Contact our manager by phone.

  • Send the item via "Nova Poshta" (shipping costs are paid by the buyer if the item is of proper quality).

  • Refunds are processed within 3-7 business days to the buyer's bank details.
